The problem
A scanned form is more than text. Sections, tables, checkboxes, and signatures need to become editable structure without losing meaning or breaking earlier submissions.
How it comes together
Uploads become a normalized canonical FormSchema, then pass through a review editor before a versioned template is saved. Relational projections power search and rendering while each submission retains its schema snapshot. Guest and authenticated workspaces are isolated by ownership.
Follow the flow.
Extract and review labels, checkbox groups, tables, signatures, bounding boxes, and confidence signals.
Fill forms, autosave drafts, restore versions, and reopen submissions without losing their original schema.
Share completed submissions through read-only links; use isolated guest sessions before signing in.
A workspace copilot plans and invokes 11 scoped MCP tools for templates, submissions, drafts, statistics, and route-aware actions.
Why this approach?
The versioned canonical schema is the source of truth. Relational projections serve the application, while snapshots keep an old submission independent of future template edits. Human review remains the final authority over AI extraction.
